How to Initiate a Return

  2. Enter your order number and email
  3. Select items for return/exchange
  4. Print your prepaid return label

Exchange Options
◉ Size/color exchange (subject to availability)
◉ Store credit (issued immediately upon return processing)
◉ Refund to original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)

Return Shipping

• Free returns: Use our prepaid label (deducted from refund if returning free gifts/promotional items)
• International returns: Customer pays return shipping

Special Circumstances

Defective/Damaged Items:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for replacement/refund

Wrong Items Received:
We’ll cover return shipping and expedite correct items

Refund Timeline

• Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days after we process return
• Store credit: Issued immediately upon return approval
